SPECIAL SERVICES :
If you can not make it to our shop, pickup and delivery is available for a slight fee for all repairs to be performed at our full service repair shop. Also for your personal convenience, minor repairs such as setups, neck adjustments, fret dressings, nut/saddle replacement, intonations, controls/switches and output jacks replaced right on the spot in our shop on wheels MOBILE GUITAR REPAIRTM van.  All final adjustments are setup according to customer's personal needs. As a full service we offer both options to you as our client, you may come to the shop for full service or we will come to you. The choice is yours! All major repair work is performed at the shop

REPAIR RATES: A current price list is always presented to all clients. Multiple discounts and monthly specials are available for all clients.

Store accounts receive an additional 20% off list with the option of flexible pricing based on the store's needs.  All New In-Stock store instruments subjected to possible Warranty claims may be processed through our shop at no cost to the store owner. We will process the entire claim , leaving the store manager time to do what they do best...sell instruments not worry about fixing them.

NOTE: All warranty work is priced as per the manufacturer's most recent pay scale labor rate. A photocopy of the original receipt is required for all Warranty Claims. You will be responsible for any costs not covered by your warranty.
