Convenience and quality are the two factors that Pickerelli emphasizes about his year-old enterprise. "There's basically no reason for a musician to leave his or her guitar or bass at the local musical instrument repair shop for weeks on end." he points out. " The actual repair job usually takes just an hour or two in most cases. So why should someone wait weeks for their instrument. Mobile Guitar Repair eliminates much of the time that's been traditionally associated with repair work. All my years of guitar repair experience translates into quality work."

Reversing Guitar Water Damage With Tung-Oil Finish
The concept of before and after shots has been used by craftsmen, including people who work on stringed musical instruments, for years to help illustrate the true labor of love devoted to their art. A picture is worth a thousand words, especially when you need to instill a customer's confidence in your ability. A good example of before and after shots is an autobody shop. many shops will show a picture of the worst wreck on their lot as a before shot. Then, after many hours of work, they will snap a couple of shots illustrating the beautiful result of their efforts.

The success of any project is accomplished by proving nothing is impossible. Certain types of repair techniques do not always apply to every situation, just like there is not one type of glue to solve all your applications. If you were to imagine the circumstances surrounding the demise of an instrument, it should prove to be a valuable resource for reversing the damage.
Guitar Repair Safety Guidelines
At one time or another we have all attended "shop class" at school, full of enthusiasm, with visions of complex woodworking projects. Much to our disappointment, the first couple of days are filled with dry rules pertaining to establishing good working habits and safety awareness. Long before touching a piece of wood, priority one was to learn to use a broom and keep your area clean. As adults, we have come to realize the importance of these basic principles. This article will focus on a topic which you as a member should be concerned with and given the proper information, should increase your longevity! Proper chemical handling is essential to your well-being. Wait a minute, you say this does not apply to you, so why read any further? Mobile Guitar Repair Story in New York City
Glancing down at my speedometer, I noticed the shop was rolling along at sixty-five mph. Fully loaded, heading east on Interstate Route 80, the countryside was in my mirror and the big city straight ahead. I was off on what seemed to be a usual service call originating from my shop located about one and a half hours west of New York City. While looking at the world through my windshield, I spotted the car positioned in the center lane next to me had Bob and Cindy Benedetto in it. As we maintained our speed, we exchanged beeps and waves over the next twenty minutes till it was time to make my exit. Today was certainly starting off on a nice note, little did I know what was in store for me further on up the road.
